As part of the California Motorcyclist Safety Program, at Ride Rite we are certified to teach the CMSP Motorcyclist Training Course (MTC). The MTC is mandatory for those under the age of 21 but is also recommended to those 21 and older who are seeking to obtain a motorcycle endorsement on their California driver license. We collect your name, address, telephone number, email, driver's license number, date of birth and email address. The customers give us this information when they sign up for a course. California DMV requires that we have all customer information so they can match it with their driver's license or permit at the DMV. Ride Rite and their developers have implemented strong passwords, encrypted data through SSL certificates, constant monitoring, and vulnerability assessments. We share the customer's name and driver's license number with the DMV so they can match it with their driver's license or permit. Customers at any time can access their information by contacting our office via email or telephone to discuss updating or deleting their data. TERMS AND CONDITIONSReturns and Refunds PolicyRide Rite Motorcycle Training enrollment fees are non-refundable for any reason. You can drop your enrollment in a class and become a stand-by Student for up to 3 months. Stand-by does not guarantee your seat. Last minute cancellations will result in a $125.00 reschedule fee. |
