PRIVACY POLICY

We collect data information for our users. We don't sell customer information to third parties.

As part of the California Motorcyclist Safety Program, at Ride Rite we are certified to teach the CMSP Motorcyclist Training Course (MTC). The MTC is mandatory for those under the age of 21 but is also recommended to those 21 and older who are seeking to obtain a motorcycle endorsement on their California driver license.

We collect your name, address, telephone number, email, driver's license number, date of birth and email address.

The customers give us this information when they sign up for a course.

California DMV requires that we have all customer information so they can match it with their driver's license or permit at the DMV.

Ride Rite and their developers have implemented strong passwords, encrypted data through SSL certificates, constant monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.

We share the customer's name and driver's license number with the DMV so they can match it with their driver's license or permit.

Customers at any time can access their information by contacting our office via email or telephone to discuss updating or deleting their data.

SMS CONSENT

The information as phone numbers obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receiving text messages from Ride Rite, Inc., you may receive messages related to the following:

• Appointment reminders
• Follow-up messages
• Billing inquiries

Example: "Hello this is a reminder of your upcoming class on December 15 at 7am at our Lake Elsinore location. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Ride Rite at any time."

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 1 - 2 SMS messages per week related to your appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and billing inquiries.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Ride Rite in the following ways:

• Verbally, during a conversation
• By submitting an online form

Opt-Out Method: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Ride Rite Motorcycle Training enrollment fees are non-refundable for any reason. You can drop your enrollment in a class and become a stand-by Student for up to 3 months. Stand-by does not guarantee your seat. Last minute cancellations will result in a $125.00 reschedule fee.
